Hello Dear Readers:
Hard to believe it's been this long since I've published my newsletter! I've certainly kept you in mind and my newsletter folder is full of information that I hoped to share with you but lately--who can keep up? We are all spinning rather that living as we dart into this new era.
The good news is that Chile Lindo is still hanging in there and I continue true to my vision in spite of the ups and downs.
I'll recap quickly because I want to get this newsletter out tonight so that you can save-the-date and attend some upcoming events.
This year I've expanded the business and opened Chile Lindo Kitchen Culture, right across the street from the iconic café. This new venue will be ready to go by September for the commemoration of the Chilean Independence celebrated on September 18th. More on the new space coming soon, but I can tell you that it's decor showcases Chilean culture and local artist. Chile Lindo Kitchen Culture will be available for private events, productions, live music, wine tastings, and poetry readings. Presently it's open to the public Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Chile Lindo, the walkup café is temporarily closed due to an unfortunate incident in the Redstone Building (where Chile Lindo is located) that forced the tenants to evacuate overnight on New Year's Eve after the massive storms that hit San Francisco. Long story. You have no idea!
In the near future I will dedicate an entire newsletter to update you on this new chapter for Chile Lindo. For now, please mark your calendars for the numerous events I'm about to list and that I hope you can attend. So sorry that some are so last minute.
Before I sign off I want to invite you to check out the great press that Chile Lindo continues to get and remember that The Chile Lindo Network is your network, so invite your friends and family to connect.
Saludos,
Paula Tejeda
