Summer may be ebbing, but we're sure to have a few more spells of Hazy, Hot & Humid before it's time for a sweatshirt and longer yoga pants.

Below are a few suggestions of ways to practice yoga when the heat is on!

Nama-stay cool as a cucumber!

  • It's important to pace yourself. Perform poses more slowly and take longer breaths per pose. 

  • Focus on long, cooling breaths. Try inhaling through your nose, exhaling through your mouth. 

  • End slowly. Be sure to finish with savasana
