. Celebrate with Misty lll of the Chincoteague Pony Drill Team. Billy Beebe with be autographing books along with the official Grandpa Beebe's branding iron. First 100 children will receive a goodie bag. Refreshments will be served. This is a free event.

Fridays - 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Rocketry. Learn about sub-orbital sounding rockets and see the principles of launching water bottle rockets. Ages 5 & up.

Global Rocket Launch
. The event will feature a variety of rocket launch types including air powered, stomp, straw, pop, and water bottles as well as a rocketry presentation and a rocket garden tour. Event is free and open to the public. Space and supplies are limited; outdoor activities are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.
July 18 - 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Youth Art Contest Reception and Award Ceremony.
Winners will be announced at 6:30 p.m. in the Visitor Center's Auditorium. Students not in attendance will be informed by email.

Sandy Island Shores
. Take a trip to the sand dunes of NASA'S restricted Wallops Island for a unique experience in a pristine beach ecosystem. Lear about dune succession and collect/identify shells with our education team.
Summer Day Camps
- 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m, Monday - Friday.
Registration is now open. Each day has a different coastal theme that allows campers to visit a variety of ecosystems, play games, make crafts, and develop friendships. Ages 5 - 15.
