Member on the move: Elvira Lo Honored in Pacific Business News

We are proud to announce that our Board Member and Past President, Elvira Lo, is featured in the March 13, 2026, edition of Pacific Business News as one of Hawaii’s "Women Who Mean Business".

This prestigious recognition highlights Elvira’s 40-year career in commercial investment, property management, and international product development. In addition to leading P.H. Hawaii Corp. and Best Aloha Partners LLC, Elvira is the founder of Hawaii Monarch Chocolate, a brand that has achieved national success on the Home Shopping Network.

Beyond her business ventures, Elvira remains a pillar of our community:

  • Export Leadership: As a member of the Hawaii Pacific Export Council, she helped generate $7.6 million in new export sales.
  • Nonprofit Advocacy: She chairs the board for Palolo Chinese Home, ensuring vital care for local seniors.
  • Inspiration: Her advice to young women is to "believe that their capacity is beyond their imagination".

Please join us in congratulating Elvira on this well-deserved honor!
