Hello! My name is Anthony Arroyo, and I was recently appointed the City of Chino Interim City Manager. I may be new to the role, but I am no stranger to the City of Chino, I have served as the City’s Human Resources Director for the last seven years. I am honored to serve in this transitional role while the City Council searches for the next City Manager.
Now you may be asking yourself, what IS a City Manager anyway?
In a nutshell, the City Manager manages the day-to-day delivery of services to the community, reports back to the City Council and implements their policies. Collectively, we are committed to providing quality, caring, customer service to YOU, our community. We have over 500 people employed by our seven departments, and I can assure you, each one of them are working hard to keep Chino thriving, but we can’t do it alone. You are our eyes and ears around the City, if you see something that needs fixing or have a suggestion for an improvement, let me know. I believe communication is a two way street that requires a balance of listening and action, so I invite you to reach out in whatever way works best for you:
