Glendale Facebook Live Event Discussing 5G Technology in Our Community
Stream Live on March 25 at 10 a.m. on Facebook Live or Glendale Channel 11

The City of Glendale has arranged for a Facebook Live event with our community to discuss the impact of Small Cell and 5G technology, and the use of this infrastructure in our neighborhoods. This virtual event will be an opportunity for residents of Glendale to ask questions to the city’s telecommunications partners on how this technology promotes greater service to our community. City leaders will also be prepared to discuss the processes and ways that the telecom providers and the city deploy technology with mindful determinations to minimize impacts to our community. In recent months, Glendale staff have made several presentations to the City Council about Small Cell Technology and the use of the small wireless facilities on utility poles. We are very interested in hearing from our residents concerning this subject and we encourage as many residents to attend this event as possible. The Facebook Live event is scheduled for March 25 at 10 a.m. (click here to visit our Facebook). The event will also be streamed on Channel 11 (click here to visit the webpage).
