Digital Hospitality 2026: Redesigning Your Visitor Experience (Online and In-Person)

Begin the new year by strengthening how your church welcomes newcomers—both on your website and at your front door. This collaborative session explores the essentials of digital hospitality, including what visitors look for in the first ten seconds on your site, how to design a clear and inviting “Plan Your Visit” pathway, and simple improvements that make your in-person welcome more accessible, inclusive, and intuitive. We’ll also dig into follow-up systems, signage, visitor communications, and hospitality practices that reflect the warmth and openness of your congregation. You’ll walk away with practical ideas, a visitor experience audit checklist, and shared insights from churches navigating the same challenges and opportunities.

Building Your Sacred Tech Toolkit: Choosing Tools that Really Work Together
