Making Huts into Homes

Happy Easter Season to you all! Thanks to beyond generous donations, I am pleased to announce to you that every hut in Laxmipura Village has had a tin roof and door installed. Having these roofs installed was the number one request from the villagers. And our friends will sleep more sound and secure thanks to their new doors. The next announcement is one that I didn't think I'd be making this year, but the love keeps coming in and so we kicked off the project early... we are in the first phase of concrete plastering the huts. As you will see in the picture of the first completed hut...we can no longer even consider it a hut anymore... it is now a house. Thanks to you all, we will be able to bless each one of Laxmipura's families with a beautiful home. Our hope and prayer is that each of their lives will transform along with their huts. That hope will rise and a whole new outlook on life will be the result. I can't wait until the entire village is complete. Something beautiful is taking place right before our eyes and I am happy to watch it all unfold with you.

Glory to Christ,
