From our Rector

Dear Parishioners and Friends,

On behalf of the vestry and myself we thank the Parish Committee on Health and Safety for their time, effort and diligent work on planning the reopening of our parish as approved by the Diocese for Sunday, September 13. The preparations for in-person worship are joined by the ushers who continue to work with the committee to make our re-opening as safe and orderly as possible. Warden, Cherry Biacan leads the committee and Arthur Donchey organizes the ushers for worship.

On September 13 we will have a virtual blessing of the backpacks for the children of the parish at our 10am Service. Keep in mind the 10am Service will be both in person and live-streamed via facebook.

Sunday School will resume on Sunday, September 13, by Zoom only. Sunday School director, Amy Seaman will have the details for parents who want their children to participate in the lessons. Amy can be contacted for details at [email protected].

As a reminder for in-person worship we do have a 50 person limit in the church building, masks are required and proper social distancing has been marked.

We are truly blessed to be able to resume in-person worship, as well as, to have so many of you dedicated to the mission of the Church both in worshiping Jesus and in the ministry of serving others in his Name.

May you and your families have a blessed Labor Day weekend!

In Christ,

Father Justin
