Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe
November 21, 2021
In this edition:
We end the liturgical year celebrating Christ our King, followed by our bilingual Thanksgiving Day Mass. Beginning the circle again, we honor Mary in December and anticipate with her the birth of the baby king in our First Sunday of Advent celebration (scroll down for Advent!). Look for the Blessing & Lighting of the Advent wreath at all Masses on November 28!
"His dominion is an everlasting dominion that shall not be taken away, his kingship shall not be destroyed." (Dn 7:14)

Join us as we close out this Church year and pray that Christ may always reign in and through us!

#iGiveCatholic #GivingTuesday Campaign - Give us a Strong Start!

Giving Tuesday is November 30, 2021 but Advance Giving is in full swing during the run-up! This year St. Matthew's volunteers share thoughts on service to the parish, our Cathedral visitors, and our neighbors in the downtown DC community. Read about what they do and why they do it. We hope you see what they see in St. Matthew's - a place worthy and wanting of your support.

Will you give us a strong start to Giving Tuesday 2021 by making a donation NOW on our #iGiveCatholic webpage? Thank you for your support!
