The Christmas spirit has taken hold at Christian HELP!

Preparations for the annual Christmas Blessing event are
in full swing.

Volunteers from the community and our outstanding business and church partners are sorting the toys families will choose from in just a few days.

Check out this short video of all the hard work!
Your partnership with Christian HELP is going to bless hundreds of families with immeasurable joy in the Christmas season.

You are putting smiles on the faces of children. These are just some of the reactions from last year's event.

"Thank you. You made a child happy! May God bless you." -- Cecila

"Thank you. You have really helped me bring smiles to my children's faces." -- Shalonde

You are feeding families who would go without a Christmas meal.

"This year was a lot to handle. This event has made Christmas possible for my family. As a single mother, I thank you from the bottom of my heart." -- Phyllis

It is not too late to join us in the Season of Giving.

Your willingness to support your neighbors like Phyllis is a blessing to our community.

.Our goal is to raise $100,000 in the Season of Giving to share the season's joy and hope for a better future in the new year.

It is time to start making your year-end tax preparations.

Here's this week's tip on how you can get yourself tax-ready.

Subject to certain limits, individuals who itemize may generally claim a deduction for charitable contributions made to qualifying charitable organizations.

The law now permits electing individuals to apply an increased limit of up to 100% of their adjusted gross income, for qualified contributions made during calendar-year 2021. Qualified contributions are contributions made to qualifying charitable organizations.
