Takes On Spiritual Warfare With Smash Hit, "Demons"

The 23-year-old independent artist’s gripping single, "Demons," has officially skyrocketed to the #2 position on the Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) charts, marking a major triumph for self-released gospel music.

<<Following the massive streaming success of his sophomore project "Mt. Zion," Queen sat down for an exclusive interview. He opened up about the raw mental health battles that inspired the hit, the track's gritty edge, and why he refuses to shy away from uncomfortable themes in worship.

<<"For a long time, the church avoided talking about anxiety in a real, visceral way," Josiah stated. The lyrics of "Demons" draw directly from his personal battles, opening with the vulnerable admission: "It feels just like a war zone in my mind as I fight the fight."

<<Instead of a traditional, polished radio anthem, Queen pairs his signature gravelly vocals with a driving arena-folk tempo. The song serves as a defiant anthem for a generation wrestling with digital-age isolation and mental exhaustion.

<<The emotional core of the track culminates in a powerful declaration that has already gone viral across social media. The chorus boldly commands spiritual darkness to flee: "Tell those demons to run and hide, they tremble at the name of Jesus every time."
