WHAT DO THE HOLIDAYS MEAN TO YOU?
hol·i·day
/ˈhäləˌdā/
noun
plural noun:  holidays

A day of festivities to spend time with family, enjoy great food and be surrounded by love and laughter!

A time of reflection. A season for giving. And an opportunity to spread some holiday cheer!
Although everyday is like Christmas at Minnie’s Food Pantry, we especially love the holiday season as we get the opportunity to spread some EXTRA holiday cheer!

Through the Serving our Seniors program, Minnie's Food Pantry delivers non-perishable items, fresh meats, fresh produce and bakery goods to (4) senior living facilities. Many of the seniors we deliver to live on fixed incomes below the TEXCAP guidelines and one facility in particular consists of our seniors living on an average of $6,000 PER YEAR.

During the holidays, Minnie's Food Pantry is committed to ensuring that our seniors do not spend the holidays alone, but rather that they can all come together to enjoy a warm holiday meal, open some incredible gifts and know that their pantries are stocked with lots of goodies.

With 113 senior citizens on our list for the holidays, we are counting on YOU to make sure they all receive a present to open during our Holiday Bash! Many of the items listed on their "wish lists" consist of pajamas, slippers, frying pans and a blanket to keep them warm during the winter months.
