Through My Lens

December 2018

We all look at life through our own lens

Sue 2017
God is a God of miracles and this is the season we celebrate and remember those miracles for the Jews as well as for the Christians. Without God preforming a miracle in 165 B.C. for the Jews as well as the miracle of Hanukkah, there would be no Christmas. Thus both the Christians, who celebrate Christmas because of the birth of Jesus Christ, and the Jews commemorate this season as the season of miracles.
This year, may we acknowledge the small as well as the large miracles God preforms in our lives each day.

                                                   Until Next Time....

Christmas Miracles

Christmas is the time of miracles
For the young as well as the old.
It's a time to celebrate the birth of Christ.
As the story in the Bible is told.

The children look to the miracle of Santa
How he comes with a sleigh full of toys.
How Santa knows just what they need
The little girls as well as the boys.

The adults look for a different miracle
That only God's son can bring.
Healing a loved one, a relationship or child
These miracles would make their heart sing.

So as an adult or as a little child
Miracles do come true.
God's in control of all of our lives
And a Christmas miracle is waiting for you.
