We have a new, complimentary Christmas theme for your HTK/CTK touch screen!

The theme will work for kiosks selling individual washes, wash bundles, or a combination of both.

Note: bundles must be programmed on the right side of the screen.

Our stock artwork for HTK and CTK kiosks has been updated for 2019 with a blue water-drop design. It also includes improved instructional graphics and text.

This will become the standard offering on all new equipment orders when custom artwork is not requested.

The old design and color options will still be available for new and retrofit orders, however these must be requested at the time of ordering.

Effective 1/1/19, Hamilton will no longer be offering the bonded display option on HTK and CTK kiosks. This is due to low customer demand.

Parts and service will continue to be available for existing customers using this display.

Inventory

Hamilton will be performing inventory from Monday, December 3 through Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

There will be no shipping on December 3-4. Emergency-only shipping will be available on Wednesday, December 5. Normal shipping will resume on Thursday, December 6.

Customer Service and Sales will be operating as normal during these times.

2019 Pricing

For the second year in a row, there will be no general price increase for 2019. Custom fees (for artwork design, theme design, voice) will see a slight increase due to higher demand for unique artwork creation.

Reminder on D.A.N. Systems Running Windows XP

Hamilton Manufacturing does not support or service D.A.N. systems that are running Windows XP operating systems.

Microsoft’s support for Windows XP ended in April of 2014. While Hamilton offered support for XP-based D.A.N.’s though April 2016, continuous support for an obsolete OS is not feasible. Customers still using XP-based D.A.N.'s are encouraged to upgrade to a new D.A.N. with the Windows 8 operating system.
