Congratulations to Isaac Mahle,
The Wiefit December Client of the Month!
15.5% bodyfat to 6.5% in 1 year!
"I love baseball so much! My goal is to play college baseball and eventually play in the Major Leagues. Even though some people may think that's a fantasy, I am going to outwork everyone and do everything I can to get better, including nutrition.
I play on one of the best baseball teams in the city with some of the best players in the city. On my team, at-bats are not a given, and they shouldn’t be. Everything is earned. It’s a lot of fun, but it’s not easy, especially playing a year above my age. When I started, I was a bottom guy. I wasn’t the quickest, strongest, or the most athletic. I struggled with driving the ball to the outfield and my arm strength was behind. But my coach believed in me and knew I would do whatever it takes to get better. He encouraged me to focus on nutrition and recommended that we go to one of Brian Wiefering’s monthly nutrition presentations. Because Ryno, one of my teammates, was going, I didn’t want to miss it.
After joining WieFit and following my nutrition plan, I went from 15.5 percent body fat to 6.5 percent in about seven months. It was hard at the beginning, but the more I saw results, the less I wanted to eat bad food. Sometimes if I didn’t have a good month, I would use it as fuel for the
next month to train even harder.
Now, I have lots of confidence in myself. I’ve gotten a lot more explosive, have become an offensive threat, and had the opportunity to contribute to three tournament championships this Fall, batting in the 3-hole. Every time I come up to the plate, I believe I am going to get a hit. My arm strength has also improved and so has my flexibility. I’ve become more athletic, faster, and
can now run an 8.8 sixty, the second fastest time on my team.
Nutrition is now a big priority for me, different from when I started, and has changed my food choices significantly. I practice baseball and train every day and need to eat the right foods to refuel my body. Now the biggest challenge is eating enough. I like the chocolate Wiefit Top Shelf Protein powder the best and will usually drink at least two a day as part of my meal plan."

A note from Isaac's Dad, Ryan Mahle...
"Thank YOU Brian! You have been an incredible influence on Isaac's life and in achieving his baseball goals. After we left today, it occurred to me that it has been exactly one year since starting this process! If I'm not mistaken, Isaac began at the very end of November 2023. What a year! I didn't know this was possible. Relatively speaking, he never looked particularly out of shape. He just looked like a kid. Now, referring back to those pictures - a random shot taken just before starting WieFit and one from about a month ago (I guess it was about a 12-month differential) - he's a completely different kid. Athleticism aside, his confidence is through the roof! Not to mention, in hindsight, Isaac's prior physical condition was actually more severe than my wife and I realized and, as is unfortunately the case with many kids, may have led to a number of developmental and/or health risks down the road. To have solved it early in his life, to understand his eating habits, and have this disciplined approach to food, AND to have taken complete ownership of it... it's a blessing, Brian! Please be encouraged by the impact you're making in the lives of your clients, especially young clients like Isaac! It's good work, important work, and our entire family is grateful for it!"
