Good news of great joy

As we journey through Advent, we're reminded of the joy, hope, and love embodied in the story of Jesus' birth. This season, we're grateful for partners like TSURO trust in Zimbabwe, who are working tirelessly to promote sustainable livelihoods, gender equality, and climate resilience. Rocket stove transforms homes and health

Discover how the introduction of rocket stoves is improving the lives of women like Rose Mueni in Kenya. Read her story and learn about the positive impact of this sustainable cooking initiative, supported by PWRDF, on communities and the environment. By reducing indoor air pollution and promoting energy efficiency, this project is contributing to a healthier and more sustainable future.

Baking a world of difference

The Alongside Hope Youth Council is baking and selling gingerbread houses to support two amazing causes: the Indigenous Responsive Grant Fund and partner CoCoSI in El Salvador.

Climate Change and Health - Feeding Change

Learning Module 3.2 webinar

In the first year of our Creation Care: Climate Action education focus we explored the intersections between climate change and food security and in year two, between climate change and gender. In the third and final year we will examine the intersections of climate change and health; how planetary and ecosystem health – or lack thereof – directly impacts human health. This is the second of two learning modules for this theme and it focusses on nutrition and malnutrition, their climate change-related causes and the impacts on human health.

Communion Forest education resource invites you to share your stories

In the third and final year of PWRDF's Creation Care: Climate Action Education Focus, we are examining the intersections of climate change and health; how planetary and ecosystem health directly affect human health. Learning Module 3.1 focuses on the Communion Forest initiative of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Tell us how your parish has engaged in Communion Forest activities!
