DNE’s Board Chair Mark Brodeur said, “On behalf of the board of DNE, we welcome Chris back to New England and look forward to working with him to build upon the successes of the organization and increase New England’s market share in our core target markets.”
Jennings replaces Lori Harnois who led the organization for the past five years and who has taken a position with the New Hampshire Division of Travel & Tourism.
“I’m honored to have this opportunity to lead DNE. Nearly 28 years ago, it was one of the first regional destination marketing organizations in the U.S., and I look forward to developing a strategy that will strengthen and grow New England’s position in the global marketplace,” said Jennings.
Jennings and his wife Manya live in Dover, NH and have two adult daughters living in New England, a daughter serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia, and a son who lives and works in New Hampshire.
