New Sign Up Sheets for Altar Flowers, Coffee Hour & Presence Lamp

New sign-sheets are in the narthex for Altar Flowers, Coffee Hour and Presence Lamp Candle sign ups for the coming year.


If you have a special anniversary or memorial date you wish to honor, please sign up early.

Multiple offerings on the same day help to supplement our Flower Fund.


Suggested Altar Flowers donation is $75

Suggested Presence Lamp Candle is $10

We hope that all members of St. Philip's will consider hosting a coffee hour during the year. From simple to elaborate, coffee hour helps us to build community

and enjoy our Sunday time together.

Summer @ St. Philip's

We wish a happy summer filled with rest and refreshment to

our St. Philip's community.


Our Sunday nursery for children ages 3 and under is open each Sunday from 9:30-11:11:15.

Our Sunday School is on a break until late August.

Summer Adventures

Joan Chrissos, at right, is pictured with Brigit a 9th Grader graduating from the Holy Family Bi-Lingual School in Honduras. Joan has known Brigit since she was two-years old and was thrilled to be able to celebrate this special occasion with her.

Don, Cecilia, Ceci and Sebastian Slesnick had a great time visiting Disneyworld!

Camino update on day four of the choir Camino from Christopher Harrell: Our group of 30 singers from St. Albans in DC and the Anglican Chorale of Southeast Florida have enjoyed a spectacular start to the Camino, traveling via bus to several historic churches along the Camino Francés in northeastern Spain. Last night was our first Evensong in the splendid gothic Cathedral in Burgos, pictured above. Today on to León!

Our St. Philip's Soaring Eagles Summer Camp is in full swing!

These young campers are keeping our campus a happy and busy place!

Don Slesnick II, at right, is pictured in Lisbon, Portugal with Ted Rigl, son of Jean Anne Rigl, who has lived there just over a year in a small community just 45 min north of Lisbon (Carvalhal) and loves showing off Lisbon to visitors. 


Don is currently on a cruise with his first stop being Lisbon. Ted, arranged a tour with a friend who does tours of the city. Next stop is Port. Happy Cruising, Don!

Welcome, Little One

Congratulations to parishioners Justine and Spencer Ledwith who welcomed a son, Ford Timothy Ledwith, on Sunday, June 2nd. Big brother Hudson is thrilled at his arrival too.


God bless you, Ford. We cannot wait to meet you!

Memorial Service for Elaine Duncan

The family of longtime parishioner Elaine Duncan invites you to a service in

memory and thanksgiving for the life of this remarkable woman

on Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00 a.m.


A reception will follow in Sewanee Hall.


Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon her.

Summer Office Hours

Our summer Office Hours will begin on Monday, June 3rd.

The office will be open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Outreach Ministries

Our annual Mission Trip to Our Little Roses in Honduras is underway with 29 participants from our Church and School. All are busy and having a great time with the girls at the home, and are pictured above making cookies with the guidance of amazing St. Philip's baker, Elayne Norweb.
