Wednesday Evening Dinner

Dinner is at 4:45-5:30 pm in the CLC. Reservations are required (by Monday at 4:00 pm-we shop Tuesday morning). Sign up at www.tgbc.org/forms or call the church office (615-883-1856). You may pay for Wednesday Dinner via the app or website before noon on Wednesday. $5 per person, 3 and under are free.

Women on Mission (WoM) Sisters will kick off our fall monthly meetings, Tuesday, September 1, 6:30-8:00pm in the Youth Basement (use Entrance E.) Guest speaker Vickie Anderson, TN WMU Executive Director-Treasurer, will share about the Toronto Prayer Walking Trip in May, the upcoming Denver Prayer Walking Trip in October, and the Week of Prayer for TN Missions Sep 6-13 and Golden Offering for TN Missions. Contact Renee Mathis (615-347-8012 or crmathis1@gmail.com) to let her know if you plan to attend and for information about our mission project to collect items needed for the Oct. 8-12 Denver Prayer Walking Mission Trip.

Operation Christmas Child: We will collect school supplies August 9-23. These items may be placed in the baskets on the table in the Welcome Center.

Members' Meeting: Join us for our quarterly Members' Meeting on Sunday, September 20 at 6:00pm in the Worship Center. The budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year will be presented and voted on as well as welcoming new members and hearing updates from the pastors and various ministries.

Men's Prayer Group meets Thursday mornings at 6:00am in Room 100.

Coed Prayer Group meets Wednesday at 5:45pm in Room 223.

Senior Saints August potluck lunch is Tuesday, August 25 at 11:00am in the Youth Basement. Tod Tanner with the Tennessee Baptist Foundation will be sharing information on Estate Planning. Bring your favorite summer dish for the potluck and make plans to join us for a time of fellowship and great information.

Heart & Home Fellowship will meet Friday, September 4, from 9:00-11:00am in room 100. Liz Sutherland will speak about a Biblical perspective of body image. Childcare is provided.

Paul's Journeys Greek Cruise-Info Meeting

Join Come and See Travel as they host Pastor Chase following in the footsteps of Paul’s Missionary Journeys!

An informational meeting will be held on September 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in Room 223. Andy & Liz Sutherland with Come and See Travel will share more details about this exciting cruise and answer any questions you may have.

The trip includes one night pre-cruise stay in Athens. We'll be visiting Corinth on our way to boarding the Celebrity Infinity, with stops in Ephesus, Thessaloniki, and Philippi.

Bible Study Fellowship

Romans speaks to our deepest struggles — doubt, pride, fear, and guilt —and leads us to God's grace. Written for ordinary people, it offers real hope for real life. Classes are offered for women, preschool, children, and students. Classes meet 9;45-11:15am on Wednesdays. Groups begin September 16.
