Wednesday Evening Dinner

Dinner is at 4:45-5:30 pm in the CLC. Reservations are required (by Monday at 4:00 pm-we shop Tuesday morning). Sign up at www.tgbc.org/forms or call the church office (615-883-1856). You may pay for Wednesday Dinner via the app or website before noon on Wednesday. $5 per person, 3 and under are free.

Wednesday Dinner Requests: Please bring bills $20 or smaller. Exact change, check, or online payment (before noon Wednesday!) are preferred.

Menu for September 16: Mini Salad Bar, Fresh Fruit, Cheese Omelet, Sausage Patties, Biscuits & Gravy, Cinnamon Rolls. Alternate: PBJ & Chips.

Medical Volunteers Needed: We are looking for medical professionals—nurses, EMTs, paramedics, physicians, and others with medical training—to serve on a rotating basis with our Security/Safety Team. Your skills could be a valuable part of helping care for our church family. If you are interested in serving, please contact Desha Hearn here or the church office.

Senior Saints monthly lunch will be Tuesday, September 22 at the Nashville Farmers' Market for lunch and then a guided tour of the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park afterward. Men's Prayer Group meets Thursday mornings at 6:00am in Room 100.

Coed Prayer Group meets Wednesday at 5:45pm in Room 223.

Sunday Evening Preschool Childcare: We are happy to announce that we will be offering Sunday evening childcare every week. If you are a church member & would like to volunteer to help in this ministry benefitting our young families, please contact Melissa Willis here.

Members' Meeting: Join us for our quarterly Members' Meeting on Sunday, September 20 at 6:00pm in the Worship Center. The budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year will be presented and voted on as well as welcoming new members and hearing updates from the pastors and various ministries. Preschool childcare wil be provided.

Pregnancy Care Center: Annual Fundraising Banquet is Thursday, September 24 at 6:00pm at First Baptist Mt. Juliet. Registration is required here.

Women on Mission Sisters: Our October WoM Sisters meeting is Tuesday, October 6, 6:30-8:00pm in the Youth Basement. Guest speaker Donnitta Hayes will share about the We Feed The People non-profit inner-city ministry she and her husband Brian started to feed people in poverty in East Nashville with a free food pantry. Donnitta and Brian are former TGBC members with a huge heart for missions and caring for others as the hands and feet of Jesus. Our October mission project will be an offering for We Feed The People. Discover Tulip Grove: We will offer a three-session class starting on October 11 and continuing on October 18 & 25. This class is open to anyone desiring to join TGBC or for those just wanting more information. The class will detail who we are, what we believe, and how we are organized. Women's Ministry Fall Retreat

Please join us for our Women's Fall Retreat, October 23-24 in the CLC. Our theme is "Behold Glory: Forsaking Envy and Reflecting the Glory of God" and we will be blessed to hear from Tilly Dillehay, a pastor's wife, speaker, and author from Hartsville, TN as our guest speaker.

Bible Study Fellowship

Romans speaks to our deepest struggles — doubt, pride, fear, and guilt —and leads us to God's grace. Written for ordinary people, it offers real hope for real life. Classes are offered for women, preschool, children, and students. Classes meet 9;45-11:15am on Wednesdays. Groups begin September 16.
