Winter training has been a blast as you see the 2006 Boys team training in the snow, but spring is in the air and we are happy to be kicking into the upcoming season! Travel teams begin league games this month, and CiTY Spring 2021 REC is filling up fast. |

We wish good luck to our 2004 Boys Black, 2005 Boys Black, 2006 Boys Black, 2006 Girls Black, and 2008 Girls Black teams as they begin the MD State Cup tournament, and to our 2005 Boys Silver and 2005 Girls Black teams in the President's Cup.
Read on to learn about our REC referral program (all CiTY families are eligible to earn CiTY credits), register for REC programs, increase your chances to win $10,000 in the annual CiTY raffle, and sign up for CiTY summer camps.

CiTY REC Referral Program
When a new CiTY family registers for REC and puts your name in the referral box, we put a credit in your CiTY account. CiTY credits can be used towards any future CiTY program (including travel fees and future REC registrations) and never expire. The CiTY family will continue to grow with your help!

The CiTY REC Soccer Program provides a fun, positive, and creative learning environment for youth soccer players of all skill levels that focuses on the values of teamwork, humility, respect, and sportsmanship. Our program creates an exciting and fun experience where players can learn the game and develop a passion for soccer for many years to come. Registration fee includes uniform.
Practices - April 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18
Games - April 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22
TOTS (pre-K, kindergarten) - $189
REC League (1st-6th grades) - $229
If you are referred, be sure to name the person in the referral box during registration!
Registration closes April 2. After that, you may be put on a waiting list.

This Free CiTY REC Soccer Clinic is open to new and returning CiTY REC players in 1st-6th grades. CiTY coaches will work with players on skill development and having fun on the field.
Clinic will be held at River Hill High School (stadium turf):
- 10:00 am - 11:00 am - 1st-3rd grade players
- 11:15 am - 12:15 pm - 4th -6th grade players
Registration is free but required and we cannot accept walkups.

You could win $10,000!
CiTY's 2021 Raffle drawing for $10,000 CASH is Monday, April 19, 2021. As CiTY's biggest fundraiser of the year, proceeds from the raffle benefit the CiTY Scholarship Fund and Special Needs Program. Raffle tickets are $25 each.
Share this link with family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else who wants to support a good cause while getting a chance to win $10,000. Most CiTY Travel players are already entered into the raffle with four tickets, but increase your chances of winning by buying more!
Raffle tickets will be sold until 10:00 am on April 19, 2021. Like last year, the ticket sales and drawing will be handled in a safe, socially-distanced way, with CiTY staff writing names onto each ticket sold (including pre-paid travel player tickets) and a Facebook Live or Zoom drawing on April 19.

CiTY General Manager, Rob Ryerson, is excited to direct the Ellicott City SC Soccer Camp Series through Howard County Recreation and Parks with professional soccer coaches to teach the fundamentals of the game through special skill instruction and scrimmages. Each camper will receive a FREE soccer ball, camp T-shirt and a ticket to a 2021 DC United soccer game.
