CiTY Newsletter - November 1, 2020
With just a couple weeks left of fall season league play and tournaments for our travel teams, we head into the holidays and winter months extra thankful for the physical activity, team building, and sense of community that we were able to provide to our CiTY family these past few months. As we've said since March, we will continue to follow and adapt to current guidelines and recommendations, and as long as we all keep working together, we are confident that we can provide much needed programs and services to our players and families throughout the winter and next year. We invite everyone in our CiTY community - REC, travel, Special Needs, and any CiTY supporters - to join us in our club-wide virtual Town Hall next week. CiTY Leadership looks forward to checking in with you all and sharing CiTY information and plans. Enjoy the rest of this fall, and have a warm and happy Thanksgiving. Go CiTY!

CiTY Town Hall - One Week Away!
CiTY Leadership will hold a virtual club-wide Town Hall on Sunday, November 8 at 7:00 pm to recap the fall season, share winter plans, and have a Q&A. Open to parents of current and prospective players in any CITY program, CiTY supporters, and anyone else interested in what CiTY has been working on and what our plans are.
CiTY REC Director, Wade Whitney, and City staff coaches will teach players to be skillful and confident in a non-competitive environment to increase each individual player's own development. This program will be a total soccer class that emphasizes individual ball skills and all technical skills necessary to play and enjoy the game. Each weekly session will end with a scrimmage. All sessions will be held in the gymnasium at Lamb of God School. Space is limited!
