CiTY Newsletter - September 1, 2021
As we wrap up a busy CiTY summer (travel team trainings, U8 kick-arounds, four weeks of sold out camps and a successful golf tournament fundraiser) we are thrilled to put one of our three philosophies back at the forefront this fall season - serving all levels. All of our travel teams are practicing and preparing for league games and fall tournaments, CiTY Fall 2021 REC begins (with our biggest number of players and teams to date), and the CiTY Special Needs clinic is back on Sept. 17 for the first time since 2019! We look forward to seeing all of your faces back at the fields, and as always, the CiTY Leadership team is available and welcomes questions, comments, and feedback.

Go CiTY!

Fall 2021

CITY offers a FREE program for children with physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities to learn soccer skills in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Ellicott City Soccer family.

Registered participants will enjoy a free 5-6 week soccer clinic specifically designed and adapted to fit age and ability level. Each participant will have a CiTY volunteer mentor during the clinic. Mentors will help players learn soccer skills and play in modified soccer games and activities while having fun!

All players will receive a CiTY t-shirt. Participants should wear comfortable soccer clothing and bring a soccer ball, shin guards and water to each clinic. *Soccer balls are always available if needed.

Contact Carmen Juliano with any questions. [email protected].
