Cincinnati Pride Seeking Volunteers

We are just 11 days away from one of the Cincinnati region's largest annual parades and festivals, but Community Shares member Cincinnati Pride is still short some volunteers and seeking help.

As many of you know -- but some may not know -- Cincinnati Pride is 100% volunteer-driven. The events including the festival and parade, the marketing, the outreach, the community involvement -- it’s ALL voluntary by people in our community.

If you want to be a part of making an impact on our community by supporting these events, or creating changes to Cincinnati Pride and doing things differently, please sign up and volunteer with us! Be active in your activism, and come make a difference for the LGBTQIA+ community not just in Cincinnati, but as a whole!

Sign up here or scan the QR code above. Then come out and have a fabulous time on Saturday, June 22, at Sawyer Park!

Fighting For Those We Love

In the past year, Community Shares and our member charities fought statewide for reproductive freedom, defeated several anti-LGBTQIA+ bills in the Legislature, and put affordable housing on the ballot for Cincinnati voters. This was in addition to our ongoing support of social/economic justice, environmental, and animal welfare organizations.

Why The Fight Must Continue

Regardless of the outcome of November's elections, marginalized populations will continue to be the easiest target for those seeking to score political points, causing real harm to real people. We will continue to fight for you, your neighbors, and those you love.

Please Give Today

But we can't do this alone. We rely on you, our donors, to continue this work. As we end our fiscal year June 30, we face a budgetary shortfall and need your help to cover it and keep fighting.
