The Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors released preliminary data for December sales. Looking at the entire Cincinnati area, sales were up >11% and the average sales price was up more than 8% compared to Dec 2018. You can
read more here. The data I presented over the past couple weeks looked only at Hamilton County; the trends are the same, but the numbers of sales outside Hamilton County outpaced those within Hamilton County.

There are still some good deals to be found in Madisonville, like this renovated 2 bed, 3 bath home. It has a good sized yard for the city and an open first floor.
Since moving to the Eastside of Cincinnati, I hadn't found a bicycle shop that I liked as much as
Team Cycling and Fitness in Colerain. That is, until I checked out
Jim's Bicycle Shop. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Great bikes to choose from for kids and adults and any type of riding. The showroom is deceptively large, with two floors of bikes for sale. Check them out in Deer Park on Plainfield Road.
