This Week's Guest Vendors

Looking to give a gift and give back at the same time? We have three wonderful organizations joining us this week. All our offering handcrafted items to support the important work they do. Mayamam Weavers offers exquisite handwoven 100% cotton home goods, apparel and more - all created by the Maya women's cooperative in Guatemala. The Sharing Foundation, is a non-profit group dedicated to helping orphaned and disadvantaged children in Cambodia. At their sewing center in the Roteang Villlage, they hire local women to make school uniforms for local school children, and also hundreds of craft, mainly women's handbags which are brought to the United States. The products are sold to sustain the program, providing fair wages for the seamstresses and enabling them to remain their homes. 100% of the sale of all merchandise is returned to the organization. Lastly, House with Heart, is a charity that provides a home for abandoned children, an education center for impoverished women and children, and an outreach program for needy families in Kathmandu, Nepal. They offer lovely scarves and felted toys and ornaments with all proceeds going to support the work they do.
Also joining us this Saturday with an array of great gifts and stocking stuffers:
- Spring Garden Street Herbals
- Easton Outdoor Co.
- Cindy Karchner Photography
And this week in the Artists Collective:
Unearth your Vibe (dyed fabric art), and children's book author, Heather Lyon

I have plans on being at market for the next three Saturdays but as everyone knows if rain or snow is falling it is not good for my soaps or me. If you are looking for stocking stuffers or something to finish off that gift for someone special, I have some goodies for you. A bar of soap, lip balms, a bath fizzy or a bottle of their favorite spritz make great stocking stuffers. I also have my holiday wrapped soaps and a few holiday soap bundles left. - Susan
