All Trails are now Open!
Alligator nesting season is over and trails have re-opened. Some sections of the trails remain underwater from all of the rain, so please dress accordingly.

A couple weeks ago PGTV set out a time lapse camera overlooking the marsh at Circle B.

We hope you will click on the link below to enjoy this video that really shows off the parks natural beauty and are entertained by the weed islands that float through the scene, along with a number of birds.

A couple of notes: About half way through, there is a lot of movement among the pickerel weed, making the marsh look like a highway for the aquatic plants.  At night, watch in the upper right corner and you can see one of the planets (I think it's either Saturn or Venus in the southwest sky) setting. And during the first night of the video, you can see the Harvest Moon setting toward the morning hours. All of this was captured in one week.
