Circle Tail was founded in 1997, and partnered Hearing Dog Sydney 1998 officially, launching 25 years of Helping Dogs Help People!
As Circle Tail celebrates 25 years of helping dogs help people, and Angie & Rozsa celebrate 4 years of partnership, we look back at these journeys.

Founded in 1997, Circle Tail partnered its first assistance dog in 1998. Angie & Sydney's partnership in 1998 would be the beginning of a relationship that spans 25 years, and five successful assistance dog partnerships. Sydney, aka Syd, was trained to alert Angie to sounds that Angie was unable to hear. The two had a wonderful five years together exploring corporate America, a Monastery and studying for Angie's Master of Divinity in California before Syd's retirement. Angie was then partnered with Caritas, who became a wonderful successor to Syd. Upon Caritas' retirement, Bennett stepped in as Angie's new partner. While Bennett was able to fill the void temporarily, it was determined that he was better suited for a different job. With Bennett's career change, Angie was partnered with Shade, who served as her faithful assistance dog for six years. Upon Shade's medical retirement, Angie was partnered with Rozsa. Rozsa has provided hearing support for Angie for the last four years. Their partnership has flourished as they explore the natural beauty of Minnesota and the perplexing cacophony of crickets at night!
