February is Heart Health Month! Every year, Americans suffer more than 1.5 million heart attacks and strokes; however, maintaining your heart health can be as simple as the ABCS:

  1. Take Aspirin as directed by your health care professional.
  2. Control your Blood pressure.
  3. Manage your Cholesterol.
  4. Don't Smoke.
