The Lucky Winner!

Matthew Kropf, resident of Charles Town and winner of the 2019 Pappy Van Winkle 20-year Bourbon Whiskey raffle made possible by Shepherdstown Liquors was, in his own words, "a little shaken and beyond excited." When called with the fantastic news, he declared,

"I'll be there in 22 minutes!"

Mr. Kropf purchased five tickets for himself and four of his friends - one of which was the winning ticket. He does plan to share this bottle of very expensive bourbon with the four aforementioned friends.
