The 2020 Census - Count Us In
|
|
What does "decennial census" even mean? Every ten years (since 1790, for you history buffs), the
U.S. Census Bureau conducts a systematic count of every single person in America.
Every. Single. One.
Why should we care? The
2020 Census helps determine each state's Congressional seats, how much federal funding our area will receive, and much more. This year, there are THREE ways to be counted--online, by phone, or by mail. You can
learn more about the census and even
find a job with the Census Bureau
right here.

Here it is--the first

Last week, the
Sheldon Theatre announced Bonnie Schock will be stepping down to pursue the next chapter of her career with Fox Tuscon Theatre. In her time as the Executive Director of Red Wing's "jewel-box," Bonnie's influence helped boost ticket sales and bring local and national talent onto the Sheldon's stage. We thank Bonnie for her devotion to Red Wing's performing arts community and wish her the best on the next chapter of her career.
