Great seeing you this past week at the Income Property Management Expo sponsored by AAGLA at the Pasadena Convention Center!

This week, the City Council and the Rental Housing Board will begin the process of amending the Pasadena City Charter and we need housing providers to make our voices heard. Below are two opportunities to e-mail or show up in person and make public comment. As the majority of Pasadena residents rent, owners often are forgotten. Please make your voices heard and encourage other owner's of all types to participate. The activists are organized and motivated to erode our property rights and devalue our properties.

Pasadena Rental Housing Board (PRHB) holds its next meeting on May 22, where they will finally vote on their much-delayed budget, and move forward with suggested charter revisions and plans to provide free legal services to tenants. Housing providers will pay for the estimated $8.5 Million yearly rental board budget.
