In a move surprising many, Tacoma City Council and the Tacoma Public Utility Board announced they will consider changing the course of Click!'s future.

The news comes on the heels of a finding that the city may not be able to meet policy goals. This information, paired with a lawsuit questioning the legality of ratepayer funding the municipally-owned network, contributed to the change in direction.
