Congratulations to our Dispatcher of the Month for December, Andrea Eliason! Andrea has worked for Orem Dispatch for over 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge under her belt, which she has shared with many new dispatchers through the years. Her nomination included the following:
“
I'd like to nominate Andrea for dispatcher of the month for December. During our rotation I observed Andrea many different times go out of her way to assist the public. She is very sensitive to callers feelings and needs, and is incredibly patient with the difficult callers as well. She is helpful when her coworkers ask her for assistance, and is always willing to help out when things get crazy in dispatch especially when requests start backing up, Andrea volunteers to help out where needed and is a valuable asset to our center. Thank you for all of your hard work, we appreciate you!”
