Due to a power outage, the entire City Hall campus is currently closed. Florida Power & Light (FPL) is actively working to restore power.

Staff is calling anyone with appointments scheduled for today, May 19 to reschedule. Our Customer Service Call Center remains operational along with online services and applications at www.miamibeachfl.gov/city-hall/customer-service-center. 

All Customer Sevice business processses, except for US Federal Passports, can be processed and handled online or by calling our call center at 305.604.CITY (2489).
