From breakfast favorites, omelets, pancakes, french toast, crepes to migas and skillets, Eggspress Cafe has you covered. The restaurant also has a full lunch menu with burgers, chicken, sandwiches, and wraps.
We have set up a new engagement opportunity SpeakUpHV.com. The “Have a Question? Ask Us!” engagement encourages the community to post a question about any City-related topic and we will provide an answer in a timely manner. Once answered, the question and answer appear on the site for others to see. This is designed to be a place for people to ask us for information instead of asking a neighbor or posting to social media.
The City is nearing build-out and future development must enhance the quality of life for our citizens while maximizing economic benefit to the City. We are beginning the process of updating our official planning policy documents designed to serve as our road map for long-range priorities, future growth, and developing a sense of place within our community. The public is invited to participate with feedback paving the way for the future of Highland Village. Specifically, we will look at a Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan update, Trail System Master Plan update, Opportunity Area Plans and reviewing use and zoning for vacant tracks within the city and a new “Village Connection” linking all the uses along the length of FM 407 within Highland Village.

Join us for a come-and-go event to learn about the plan updates and provide your feedback.
