SOME CITY OFFICES TO REOPEN TO PUBLIC JUNE 15
The City of Oceanside is reopening its facilities in a phased, thoughtful manner to protect Oceanside residents, visitors and staff.

Certain offices will reopen on Monday, June 15, 2020 . While lobbies reopen, there are stipulations for visitors to adhere to in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. These include wearing a face covering when entering, practicing physical distancing, and spaces may have limited occupancy. City Hall access will be limited to people conducting business with municipal departments, and many services are available online .
The public counters to reopen include:
  • City Council / City Manager / City Attorney
  • City Clerk's Office
  • Police / Fire Counters
  • Harbor Office
  • Cashier's Office / Parks and Recreation Office
  • Human Resources Office
  • Development Services Counter to open 6/22/20
Additional reopenings to occur when safety modifications are completed.
CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
The City Council meetings will continue to be viewed virtually, for now. We are awaiting revisions to the public health order to allow gatherings so that the public may attend meetings in person. The gathering limitations are expected to be rolled out in phases, as they were implemented. To address an item being reviewed by the City Council in the interim, please visit the website for instructions.
MORE SECTORS REOPENING FRIDAY

COVID-19 PREVENTION AND TESTING
While more of our region opens up, everyone has a role to play in continuing to prevent the virus spread in Oceanside and beyond. Please continue to wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, disinfect work spaces, and wear a facial covering when you are near others not in your household. All are now encouraged to be tested for COVID-19. There are several locations available in Oceanside. The San Diego County Live Well Center on Mission Avenue has testing, as well as several CVS Pharmacies in Oceanside.
