MORE SECTORS REOPENING STARTING JUNE 12
State and County Health Officials announced that more business sectors may reopen starting June 12, with safety modifications.

Reopening is based on a variety of COVID-19 trends and the capacity of the healthcare system to cope with the virus's impact on the public. If necessary, the SD County Public Health Officer could bring back restrictions to protect people's health. The County is tracking 13 specific "triggers" that could prompt modification of the Health Order. See a dashboard with current status of the measures and an explanation of the triggers . It's imperative that we all continue to practice health safety measures.
BEACH PARKING LOTS & PIER TO REOPEN JUNE 9
Beach parking lots are permitted to reopen across the County on Tuesday, June 9. Current beach parking permit holders are offered a rebate on their next parking permit purchase. Betty's Lot (30) remains closed due to Beachfront Improvements Project construction.

The Oceanside Pier will also reopen tomorrow from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please practice physical distancing from others not in your household, and refrain from gathering. Face coverings are recommended. Help us keep the Pier open by following these guidelines.
