Utility Billing Changes: Late Fees

The City will resume assessing late fees for past due water, sewer, and trash bills starting July 2023. To avoid paying late fees or disconnection, pay your utility bill in full or set up a payment plan with the Utility Billing Office. Eligible households may apply for the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). Our customer-focused Utility Billing team is here to help and will make every effort to work with customers to avoid disconnections.
