THIS WEEK: State Street Promenade Bike Lane and Crosswalk Installation

Bike lanes and high-visibility crosswalks are coming to the State Street Promenade from Victoria to Haley Streets as part of a pilot project! Installation will begin Tuesday, November 14, along State Street from Victoria to Anapamu Streets (1200 block) and will be completed over the next few weeks, weather permitting. The 1200 block will be opened to northbound vehicular traffic to facilitate passenger drop-off at the Granada Theatre.

Airport Rental Car Detour 


Due to ongoing construction, passengers utilizing the Airport’s rental car services will encounter a new, temporary route to pick up and drop off vehicles beginning Wednesday, November 15. This path will take an extra 5 minutes to access the rental car lot from the Terminal on foot. Construction is expected to continue over the next few months. Please plan accordingly when considering the timing of your travel.

Los Baños del Mar, the City's only year-round public pool, is open for lap swimming seven days a week, with morning, midday, and evening options. The outdoor 50-meter pool is heated to a comfortable 80 degrees, and lifeguards are always on duty to ensure your safety.

Enjoy free hot cocoa, holiday treats, DIY crafts, and make memories with Santa. Plus, be part of our initiative to reduce waste by borrowing a pre-lit Christmas tree for the season.
