Access Family Directory on FACTS!

Wondering how to email or text the parent of a classmate? Perhaps you wanted to set up a Facetime call with another student but don't know their cell number.

Most of this information is available in our Family Directory on FACTS. To access the directory, log into the FACTS Family Portal, and click on "Resource Documents." Listed there are the K-8th Grade Family Directory and Preschool Family Directory. Also listed are the class lists by grade. Please keep in mind that this information was uploaded at the beginning of the year, so our newest students will not be on the list.

Take the time this week to reach out to a fellow parent and offer a word of encouragement or support. It's times like this that the City Tree Community shines!
PTO Sets Up: "City Tree Parents" on Facebook Groups

We all need community now more than ever. The PTO has set up a private facebook community group called "City Tree Parents." Join the group to connect with other parents to share ideas, photos, offer encouragement or request help with a need. Please do not use the group to arrange play-dates or meet ups since those are discouraged at this time. We might not be able to physically be together, but we can always show each other love and support!

Due to the Coronavirus, the remaining two weeks of the girls' basketball season have been cancelled.

Thank you to our girls, Ms. Francine and Mr. Luigi for a great year!
Chrome Books Available
Each family has their own set of challenges during this time of school closure. We realize that sharing devices among family members may not be ideal. Parents who think it would be helpful for their K-8 student to borrow a Chrome Book from the school during this time of K-8 distance learning should contact Sue Kennedy. We will do everything we can to assist you.

First Presbyterian Church Master Plan Regarding our Facilities
First Presbyterian Church established a team of people to evaluate our entire church and school campus and create a Master Plan for our buildings and property, so we more fully use our extensive facilities for the purpose of the church's ministries. The Master Plan Committee is looking at ways to improve our campus and buildings to help support ministries of First Presbyterian Church such as City Tree Christian School, Ladle, youth ministry, women’s ministries, etc.
The Plan is still in the development phase, and the church will need to do a Capital Campaign before any major work on the building starts. However, we wanted our families to be aware of this exciting process. We are looking forward to seeing how this plan will help improve and grow City Tree Christian School!
