Your Utility Billing Portal is About to Make a Change ... for the Better!
Beginning Tuesday, April 27, 2021, Duncanville utility customers will be greeted by a new self-service payment portal. Use your current login and password to access the new portal.
Once logged in, you will see some new features and functionality. Learn more in the FAQ below.
Payment Portal Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a one-time payment?
  • On the Account Login screen, select the ‘Pay Now as a Guest’ to Pay Now -or-
  • Select Pay My Bill from the left-hand menu following Account Login -or-
  • Select ‘Make a Payment’ from My Account details following Account Login
  • You will be able to enter your payment information
  • Entering your email address is optional, receipt will be available via email if entered
  • Review and confirm your information to confirm payment and complete the transaction

How do I add a payment method to My Wallet?
  • Select ‘My Wallet’ from the left-hand menu following Account Login
  • Select the ‘+’ icon found in the top right-hand corner of the page to add a Wallet item
  • Add the New Payment Method details in the provided fields and select Continue to Save

How do I remove my payment method from My Wallet?
  • Select ‘My Wallet’ from the left-hand menu following Account Login
  • Select the ‘X’ in the top right-hand corner of the Wallet item to remove
  • Select ‘Delete’ to proceed with the removal of the item
  • Choose ‘Cancel’ to keep the Wallet item active

Can I look at my billing history for My Account(s)?
  • To see your past, pending, and future dated payments select ‘Payment History’ from the left-hand menu following Account Login
  • If you have more than one account, select the account for which you need payment history for
  • Payment information is presented for payments taken only through the online portal

How can I find a payment I have made?
  • To see your previously made payments, select ‘Payment History’ from the left-hand menu following Account Login
  • If you have more than one account, select the account for which you need payment history for

How do I view my Statements?
  • Select ‘Statements’ from the left-hand menu following Account Login
  • Click on the View/Download icon to View/Download the PDF of the Statement
  • IF you have more than one account, select the account for which you need payment statements for

What format are my Statements presented in?
  • Statements are presented and downloadable in PDF format

Can I pay a specific amount rather than the entire bill amount?
  • Yes, when paying your bill simply enter the amount you wish to pay
  • Details including Last Payment Amount, Current Due Amount, Past Due Amount, and Total Due Amount are provided for reference in the Payment Details step

How do I know my payment was accepted and processed successfully?
  • Upon payment completion, a Receipt Number is provided following payment confirmation
  • Select the printer icon to print the payment receipt or enter an email address to receive an email payment receipt

Can I get email notifications for My Account activity?
  • Yes, email notification for payment reminders and payment receipt are provided when email notifications are enabled in the My Account page following Account Login or when email address is provided during the make a payment process

How do I contact my Utility for customer support and service?
  • Select ‘Customer Support’ from the left-hand menu to display:

The City Manager provides a weekly update to the Duncanville Mayor and City Council of departmental activities and other significant items of interest.

In the interest of keeping the public better informed, the City is pleased to make those updates available to the citizens.
🚒 Join the April 29th Fire Station #1 Virtual Town Hall

In November 2018, Duncanville residents approved a $6.0M bond for the construction of a new fire station to replace the existing Fire Station #1 located on West Camp Wisdom Rd.

In May 2019, the Duncanville City Council awarded a contract to BRW Architects for the new Fire Station #1 design.

For the last several months, the architects have been working with city staff and the Construction Manager at Risk, CORE Construction, on the proposed Fire Station plans.

During the New Fire Station #1 Virtual Town Hall, the City will update citizens on the project. Duncanville residents will be given a presentation that will include the proposed site, floor plans, and concepts for the new Fire Station #.

The City of Duncanville is pleased to announce the naming of Robert D. Brown, Jr. as the new Assistant City Manager. Duncanville’s former Police Chief for the past 14 years comes to this new role with a deep understanding of the community, the city, and its operations.

For more than 50 years, the Texas Department of Transportation and Keep Texas Beautiful have awarded the GCAA to Texas communities for outstanding efforts in community improvement. We are proud to announce that we are the Category 6 winner of the Governor's Community Achievement Awards! Thanks to the hard work and commitment of many members throughout our community, we will be receiving $210,000 for a landscaping project. Thank you to the Texas Department of Transportation and Keep Texas Beautiful for this prestigious honor!

The City of Duncanville is pleased to announce and welcome Agustin “Gus” Garcia as the City’s Director of Economic Development. Mr. Garcia will be focused on community development and economic opportunity here in Duncanville.

The 2021 City Election will be held on Saturday, May 1st.

The slate of offices includes Councilmembers to represent At-Large, District 1, District 3, and District 5. All registered voters in the City of Duncanville will have the opportunity to vote for the At-Large position. Registered voters residing in Districts 1, 3, and 5 will also have an opportunity to vote for their respective candidates.

Anyone not currently registered to vote has until April 1st to register in order to cast a ballot in the May election. Voter registration cards may be obtained at City Hall or the Duncanville Public Library. For more information regarding voter registration, residents may contact the Dallas County Elections Department at (214) 637-7937.

Early voting will be conducted Monday, April 19, 2021, through Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at the Duncanville Library Conference Rooms located at 201 James Collins Blvd. as follows:
Early Voting Ends Monday, April 26th – Tuesday, April 27th: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

East Danieldale Road Reconstruction
(Proposition B) Update for April 26, 2021
Last week, the majority of the 8-inch sanitary sewer and parallel 60-inch storm pipes were installed at Bob Lee Blvd.

This week, the contractor will continue to install the 8-inch sanitary sewer and parallel 60-inch storm pipes. The installation will extend into the first two lanes of E. Danieldale Rd. before construction will move to Sunset Blvd. Residents of Sunset Village should anticipate a detour in the coming weeks.
