Bon AppetiTP - Toilet Paper Art Has Never Looked so Appetizing

Just because it looks like food, doesn’t mean it is. You may be wondering why there is delicious food displayed in the library at Taft Middle School. It may look like food, but is actually toilet paper for an art project called paper food sculptures. Eighth graders created this ‘edible’ art with the help of art teacher Sarah Novak. Students learned problem-solving skills and how to work collaboratively with their peers by sketching their food designs on paper in 2-dimensions before creating the final product in 3-dimensions. Don’t stare too long at the images, it may make you hungry!
