2017 was a milestone year. Several major development projects were completed and certified for occupancy. We achieved multiple advanced planning goals by implementing significant improvements to the City’s zoning regulations that addressed development standards in the R-1 zone, residential units in the Downtown Specific Plan area, accessory dwelling units, and signs.
