The City of Prince George has officially launched a new business community satisfaction survey to gather insights from local businesses and staff to better understand the priorities, challenges, and opportunities facing the city.
The information collected will inform the City’s new Economic Development Strategy, with the goal of making Prince George a better place to live and work by growing the local economy and creating new opportunities. By participating, business community members will play a vital role in shaping Prince George’s path toward a future-focused, inclusive, and competitive economy.
“When our community grows and develops, it leads to more jobs, increased investment, and a more vibrant place to do business,” said economic development manager, Deklan Corstanje, “the existing strategy has been in place since 2020, and a lot has changed since then. Updating the plan will guide us through the next five years and will help us identify new priorities, areas in which we can improve, and specific actions to support the business community in Prince George.”
The City has hired Deloitte LLP, an economic development consulting firm, to assist with the project. City staff will work with Deloitte to analyze survey responses and identify key priorities and areas for the City to address.
The survey is open from December 1 to 19, 2025, and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Take the survey now on the Deloitte website.
