Orange County Salons and Barbershops 
Approved to Reopen
Orange County has received State approval to allow salons and barbershops to reopen as we move further into Stage 2 of the  State's Resiliency Roadmap . The reopening will require patrons to continue to adhere to the guidance set forth by the Orange County Health Care Agency, and business owners and their employees must follow health and safety guidelines as they reopen. Street Sweeping Update!
The City will resume enforcement of parking restrictions and tickets related to street sweeping beginning June 1st . This means that citations will be issued on City streets in "no parking" zones for street sweeping. We appreciate your participation and understanding at this time!
City Hall Is Now Open
City Hall has reopened to the public, and City staff remains available to assist patrons remotely with certain services. Please contact us   for more information.

The following measures have been put into place for the safety of City Hall visitors:

  • Plexiglass has been installed at the front counter
  • A virtual check-in system is now available online at or by scanning the QR code at City Hall entrance
  • There will be a limit of two patrons at the counter at a time, with social distancing markers in waiting area
  • All visitors are required to wear face coverings in compliance with the Orange County Health Officer's recent health order
