Hidden Creek Golf Course Pro wins Northern Texas PGA Major Championship
Congratulations to Greg Gregory, assistant golf professional at Hidden Creek Golf Course, for his win of the Yamaha Golf-Car Company / Lajitas Golf Resort Match Play Championship, last month in Lufkin. The tournament is part of the Northern Texas PGA Major Championships and is the second championship Gregory has won this season. Gregory also claimed first place in June at the Prize Possessions Eastern Championship in Dallas.
The October tournament was open to the top 32 golfers and eight senior golfers in the Northern Texas PGA Section and was in a match play format and single elimination. Gregory won five matches to clinch the tournament. "This was really the icing on the cake for a good year for me," Gregory said. "I was lucky enough to win the first and last tournament of the year."
Come learn from the best at Hidden Creek Golf Course. Gregory is available for lessons or just come by the pro shop and tell him congratulations (maybe he will share some of his tips with you!).

Pet of the Week - Meet Flo
Flo is a beautiful, ten-month-old collie mix that was brought into the shelter as a stray. Flo is quite striking because she has one blue eye and one brown eye, it really gives her a cool look. She is a very sweet and kind-hearted girl that would be great with any family. She walks great on a leash and would enjoy playing catch with you outside or curling up next to you on the couch. Included in the adoption fee is spay/neuter, microchip, all of their shots and heartworm test.
