December 16 - City of Camrose looking for Contractors

The City of Camrose is soliciting rate sheets from contractors who are interested in being placed on a preferred contractors list for the 2023 – 2024 time period to assist with the following services as it relates to City enforcement.

• Weed Cutting/Grass Cutting

• Tree Trimming

• Snow Removal

• Minor Yard Cleanup

If you are interested in this opportunity we ask that you forward your rate sheets, unit prices and a list of equipment that will be utilized for the services to the City of Camrose at 5204- 50 Avenue, Camrose AB, T4V 0S8 (Attention Enforcement Services) by December 16, 2022

Contractors will be selected to be on the preferred list through the utilization of the following criteria;

1. Price

2. Availability

3. Applicable resources to complete the job

Realtors gathered to hear presentations from the Planning and Assessment Departments as well as Roundtable conversation with with the Economic Development Department.

Trades & Developers Roundtable

Trades and Developers gathered to hear presentations from the Planning Department and to meet John Kennedy the new Senior Saferty Codes Officer and Jim Ambrus the new Electrical Safety Codes Officer. Economic Development led a Roundtable discussion.

Voyent Alert! is a multipurpose notification service that will be used to communicate important information to our residents.

Notifications will be sent for critical alerts like fire, flood, and extreme weather, as well as day-to-day communications such as road closures, new programs, service disruptions, etc.
