Thousands Show Their Chino Pride During the Third Annual Chino Days Festival

CHINO, CA (April 9, 2025) -- The spirit of community was alive on April 5 and 6 as approximately 7,000 people from all over the region celebrated everything that makes Chino great during the third annual Chino Days festival at the Chino Civic Center.

The Civic Center was transformed into a bustling cultural fair featuring local performers, food and informational vendors, free carnival rides, and much more. Chino Days also featured toe-tapping live music from Country/Western act the Pistol Blonde and Latin-inspired vocalist and trumpeter Adelaide Pilar.

“Chino Days is a wonderful reminder of our city's strong sense of community pride," said Chino Mayor Eunice Ulloa. "There truly is nothing like Chino Pride anywhere else in Southern California. Thank you to our City staff and everyone who attended and made this event so special."

Chino Days also featured writing and art contests that highlighted the talents of our local youth.

The winner of the writing contest was:

  • Parthvi Naswa of Canyon Hills Junior High

The winners of the art contest were:

  • Ages 5-7: Olivia Li of Country Springs Elementary
  • Ages 8-10: Olivia Hong of Michael G. Wickman Elementary
  • Ages 11-13: Harmony Flores of Oak Ridge Elementary
